The Winston Salem SoccerPlex is currently managed by Scott Wollaston. Scott is a co-owner of SoccerOP Management, LLC, which also manages the indoor soccer program at the Greensboro Sportsplex. He also serves as an assistant director of coaching for Twin City Youth Soccer Association, working with the classic, challenge, and academy divisions of the club.

Scott graduated from Kennett High School in Pennsylvania where he was an All-State player and earned the distinction of 1998 senior class valedictorian. He went on to play Division 1 college soccer at Elon University before several knee surgeries ended his career on the playing field. He dual majored in International Business and Spanish and graduated magna cum laude in 2002.

After college, Scott became a middle school Spanish teacher, while coaching several local club teams at the same time. He decided to pursue soccer training full time after 1 year of teaching and has expanded his knowledge of youth soccer in the area through his involvement with many local clubs and associations. His focus has been on the technical development of youth soccer players.

"I am very excited about the opportunity that the Winston-Salem SoccerPlex provides for the Winston-Salem soccer community. I have been training kids in Forsyth County for almost 4 years and I have realized the need for a facility such as this. It is going to serve as the home for our SoccerOP training program, as well as the indoor training facility for Twin City Youth Soccer. With all of the programming that we will offer, kids starting at 18 months old through adults will have the opportunity to participate at the facility. You need to come see it to believe it!"

In addition to Scott, the facility will have several part time staff members.
