Why SoccerOP training?
· SoccerOP was started in 2003, to help individual players develop their technique. Our founders were finding that players in the Triad were not meeting their potential because they didn’t have masterful control of the ball.
· In a team setting, it is difficult for a coach to correct individual technique on a consistent basis, leading players to develop bad habits. In SoccerOP programming, our focus is appropriate technique so players can break bad habits and learn new techniques.
· Technique is one thing every player can work on to improve their abilities as a soccer player. Learning how to dribble, pass, receive, and shoot the appropriate way can increase speed of play, confidence, and over-all effectiveness of a player.
· Once players master technique, they can start using what they have learned in pressure situations. When they can effectively use their technique under pressure, they have developed SKILL! (Skill = the ability to use technique under pressure)
· All SoccerOP trainers are former players who can clearly explain and demonstrate the technical aspects of soccer.
· With individual, group, and team training packages available, valuable technical training can fit into any budget.
